New commercial tenants, most with a creative bent, have breathed new life into the Crossroads’ once-vacant streets. A renewed community is a reality in the Crossroads today. The Nicholson Group has quietly worked to make that happen by developing distinctive older buildings for new purposes.

The Nicholson Group Real Estate remains committed to Kansas City’s art and cultural community. It recently donated a 50,000-square-foot building and over $200,000 dollars to Review, Kansas City’s monthly art journal, so that it can provide studio space to deserving artists.
